Hole #8 is a dog-leg left par 4. A tee shot from an elevated tee box should favor the right side of the fairway so as not to be blocked by the over-hanging trees or the longer hitters can fly the two pine trees on the left. The elevated green is guarded by two large, deep bunkers and is slightly bowl shaped and slopes from back to front.
